Great Communication
Marsha did an excellent job explaining my options, sending me draft mockups (I don't know what they are really called), and was always available to answer my questions! She was always very upfront about costs and had my budget in mind! She completes the job in a timely manner and I have been very happy with the work that she did! So much so, that when my downstairs toilet leaked this year and I needed some work done again (in the one year old kitchen!) I reached out to them for guidance. Again, Marsha was happy to help provide information and support and I am using her to install kitchen cabinet toekicks in place of ones that got water damaged!

Kitchen Renovation
Marcia was so great to work with. She answered all our questions, was very responsive, helped us with the insurance aspect of things, and recommended style and design ideas based on her experience with remodeling projects. All the workers who worked on our house were very respectful of our time and space. They kept noise and dust to a minimum, which allowed us to keep staying in our home. They were also very patient when I asked to keep the noise at a minimum during my work meetings while I worked from home. We were really impressed with the quality of work and they were happy to fix any minor item we pointed out during the process and final walk through.
It was just our luck that less than a year later, we experienced another leak in a different part of the kitchen. We reached out again to Marcia and she was able to squeeze our restoration job in between other ongoing projects.
Both times we've worked with her, we have been happy with the work, professionalism, and responsiveness. Thank you again, we are so happy with how our kitchen looks!

Amazing Results
Life in a high rise condominium has its perks and challenges. One such challenge is plumbing issues! During the night our kitchen sink flooded thanks to back water in the drain due to a clog in the pipes. The sink overflowed (for hours), destroying the flooring and lower cabinets in our kitchen. The damage to the four units below our condo will not be discussed in this review...
Following the demolition, removal of debris, and cleanup came time for restoration. Marcia Behnke arrived on the scene, bringing experience, vision and incredible guidance to the renovation project of our kitchen. Marcia made herself available to assist and systematically guide us as needed with each decision and design element of the project! All challenges that popped up were solved quickly and professionally by Marcia. Readers out there that have dealings with HOA's certainly are aware of the issues that can pop up!
Our kitchen went from being completely gutted to built out from the top down - the gorgeous tile flooring being the last detail installed. The project was completed efficiently and within the proposed timeframe.
